Shipping
Items are shipped from Siebnen SZ, Switzerland. Shipping takes 2-4 days, from Monday to Friday. Currently I do not offer international delivery.
Cancellation / Return
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after it has been placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item price will be refunded minus the shipping costs. You, the customer, must pay the cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact me immediately if you would like to return something. Refund requests will only be granted on items no more than 30 days after delivery.
I cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged items by the post office. Please contact me if your package is lost or has arrived damaged, we will find a solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Personal Data
For posting items I need your postal address and for possible questions I need your e-mail address. I will use this data only for this use and not give it to any third party.
The website also saves cookies for remembering what is in your cart.
